Room in Delightful Period Property Quiet /Private

I am looking for third person to share my house which is in a quiet residential conservation area. It is a lovely place to live with a nice garden and large spacious rooms with plenty of space. I have a large double room available.

More important to me than the money is having an interesting, trustworthy, honest and respectful housemate. It is more important that we get along great in a shared house and this will be the principle criteria of who gets the room.
