Beautiful Furnished Double Room in Spacious, Peaceful Home

I’m looking for a third person to join our home — someone who is looking for more than just a room, and who would appreciate living in a peaceful, spacious and welcoming house.

The house is situated in a quiet residential conservation area and is a particularly pleasant place to live, with a lovely garden, generous rooms and plenty of space. It has a relaxed, comfortable feel, while still offering everyone their own privacy and personal space.

The available room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom, with plenty of room to create a comfortable and homely space.

The house also has a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and everything else you would need for cooking and everyday living. There is plenty of shared space, so the house never feels cramped.

About the house

Previous tenants have included doctors, and nurses working at the local hospital, that said, your profession or background isn’t what matters to me. Far more important is finding someone who is a good fit for the house and the people living here.

It is an LGBT-friendly home, and I value an open-minded, inclusive and respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.

The right person matters more than the rent

For me, finding the right housemate is considerably more important than simply filling the room.

I’m looking for someone who is interesting, trustworthy, honest, considerate and respectful, and who appreciates having a friendly but peaceful home.

Sharing a house works best when people genuinely get along, respect each other’s space and can enjoy each other’s company. Personality and compatibility will therefore be much more important in choosing a housemate than simply being the first person to enquire.
