Looking for a place near Staffs Uni?

We have two spare rooms in our current 5-bed house share property available for September move in. The house has 2 bathrooms, a small garden, kitchen, lounge, utility room and is less than 15 minute walk from the Uni campus. We have 3/4, not double beds and individual bedroom doors do have locks.

We are a trio of 3 Uni students - M, F & GN that share the cooking and cleaning between us and like to eat our evening meal together. We do consume meat on a regular basis, for any potential tenants sensitive to that. Looking for housemates that are happy to pitch in and like memes. One flatmate has mild Tourette’s.

One academic year’s lease.
£93 per week. Rent payable in advance in Sept, January and April with all utility bills included. The landlord will require a deposit of £300 and a guarantor to secure your room.
