This is a luxury, modern student house available from 8th August 2022 to 30th June 2023. We have a large Ensuite room and 1 x room with own WC and 3 other large double bedrooms. It's 2 min walk to Staffordshire University. All bills are included, gas, electricity, water and superfast 350MB broadband.

The lounge area comes with sofas and a large smart flat-screen television. This leads on to the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster. Each of the bedrooms also comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, a double bed, small TV and ample storage space.

We have dedicated maintenance team who carry out frequent checks as well as being on hand for any issues that may be reported in the meantime. We also provide a 24/7 phone service.
