Room available - LOBBY
The room has a double bed and 3 built in wardrobes, lcd tv with fire stick with all channels sky sports movies etc. All bedrooms have their own key/lock so only access will be with the room lodger. Shared bathroom with 1 other tenant (male)
Double drive plus plenty of off street parking.
The house has fire alarms on each landing and 1 in each room, fire extinguishers on each landing, emergency lights on each landing, CO2 alarm and fire blankets in kitchen.
You will have the house to yourself a lot of the time due to others lodgers shifts etc.
I’m looking for a clean and tidy person to appreciate my house. There is no deposit but if you want the room I will need a £200 holding fee to secure the room, returned on move in day.
