Hey there! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract for the upcoming academic year 2023/2024 at Q Studios. The contract runs from September 9th, 2023 until July 26th, 2024, and offers a fantastic living arrangement for students studying in Stoke-on-Trent.

I've loved living at Q Studios, but unfortunately, I've had a change of plans and won't be able to stay next year. The weekly rent for my studio is £132.50 i got a rebooker discount originally £137 on the website meaning it’s cheaper than you booking directly , which includes all bills wifi and utilities, parking making it easy to budget and manage expenses.

The studio itself is modern and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a convenient and enjoyable student living experience. Q Studios is conveniently located near Staffordshire University and Stoke-on-Trent city center, not far from
Keele University making it easy to access everything you need for studies and social life.
