We currently have 3 rooms available in this fab student house on Boughey Road for the 2024/2025 academic year.
All rooms capture an aesthetic look and feel and definitely gives off that cosy, homely feeling. There is most definitely plenty of storage space along with wardrobe and drawers which are provided. The room is also furnished with a desk and chair, creating the ideal study space.

The communal lounge area furnished with 2 sofas and a small dining table perfect for not only relaxing after a long day but also for studying. Uniquely decorated, creating a warm welcoming feeling, it is sure to make this property feel like home soon enough. Socialising is definitely a big part of the student life, so there's a large TV mounted on the wall, perfect for entertainment whilst having friends round.

The fitted galley kitchen is tastefully decorated with plenty of storage accompanied with all appliances needed including: Fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven-hob, cutlery and crockery. Following on from the kitchen is large bathroom where you get best of both worlds. It has a bath with an overhead shower and shower screen, toilet and a sink.
