Looking For Housemate

Hello, I am looking for someone to move into the cottage me and my friend are currently living in. Our current 3rd Housemate has moved out and we are looking for someone to move in. We prefer a clean, respectful housemate, I work Monday-friday and Kyle works Thursday-Sunday. The Cottage is a detached house, on a quiet corner street with A driveway that can fit 2 vehicles, there is always a small carpark for residents across the road from the house. It is a quiet area and the neighbours are friendly. The Garden Spreads around the house and is very spacious in the front and great to be in during the summer, We also have a separate Brick Shed for storing things like bikes and equipment. The room can fit a King size bed if preferred and we also have a washing room and two separate Living room spaces, a large kitchen Area also.
