Deluxe studio flat at the above address on the 5th floor. I am a student going to be doing masters degree at Staffordshire University. I booked the above accommodation in February 2024 however, I received an offer to study from home so I don't require this accommodation any longer. I am looking for someone who is interested to accommodate this studio to takeover the tenancy. It has a communal TV, WiFi, 3/4 bed, lockable bedroom. The accommodation is a 15 minute walk away from the uni or about 10 minutes in the bus.
Amenities include: Games and cinema room, outdoor area, study area, laundry room, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven desk and chair and bike storage. It has its own kitchen facility and en-suite, spacious wardrobe and own dining area (table or breakfast bar).
It is a 51 week tenancy from 2024 to 2025 starting from 28th August 2024. Move in date is 7th September 2024 and move out date 29th August 2025.
