One double and one extra double room available. Double room is decorated for two with king-size bed, matrass, and furniture. Extra double room is decorated for a couple/family for two/three with two small double bed and other furniture.
Short term let is available with two weeks deposit (deposit will be returned upon discussion.
Ideally looking for students as the house is within Staffordshire University quarter and 5 minutes walking distance from Stoke on Trent train station.
If you are interested to rent double room for one female student, rent will be £350 per month.

Current housemates are a single working-class family. House remains very calm across the week, If you don't like to share with family, please do not knock.
