Unfortunately I will be dropping out due to my mental health and need someone to take my room.
The house is very sizeable for 4 bedrooms and has a large backyard. It is located on the Staffordshire University campus right next to the Cadman (games design) building, and is only a 20 minute bus ride from Keele University. On top of that, it is only a 5 minute walk from the Stoke-on-Trent train station. The house has both a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs, with a communal living room and kitchen. The other tenants are all nice people with varying interests who I am certain you'll get along with.
The rent is £100 per week, lasting from 08/07/25 to 06/07/26 (52 weeks). It requires an £100 deposit to secure your place. If you are interested or require more information, either message me or email me.
