Looking for someone to take over a tenancy. It's a 4 bedroom house with two other girls living there. The 4th bedroom is being used as a storage room. It's a shared bathroom but it's kept nice and clean as well as the rest of the house. The house has a homely feeling to it and is fully furnished. There's a small garden (no grass tho). It's £100pw bills inclusive. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. It is right by Staffordshire University campus and a 5min walk to stoke train station. Grocery shops like Lidl, Asda, and Aldi around a 20min walk away and so is cheerful links.
