Student Room for 25/26 (bills included)

I am sadly moving away from this university early and need a replacement tenant for the 25/26 academic year.

Currently, three other people are living here who are absolutely wonderful and are all art students at Staffs.

The house is cosy and conveniently located near campus (literally on the street next to Cadman). It has quiet neighbours, a built-in security system, and all bills and utilities are included.

The room has a double bed, a small TV, a spacious desk, and plenty of storage space. (Bedroom 1 on the floorplan)
