Aire Student Accommodation - Gold Studio [25/26]

Aire Student Accommodation is a newly built building that has opened since October 2024. I am advertising a room that I was planning to accommodate but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to. I had renew my contract which I’m no longer able to get out within the cooling off period as that has expired. So I am looking for a replacement tenant ASAP.

The room is very spacious for a studio room, there’s the kitchen with a fridge/freezer, cupboards, microwave, sink and electric stoves. The bathroom is the wet room, which is again, very spacious.

In the reception of the building, there are the friendly concierges that are very happy to help and receive your parcels for you. You also gain access to their app that notifies you of any events, packages received or important information.
