Couple room or room for two

One large double room available for two students to share or a couple. Room is furnished with double bed, two wardrobe, table and chair.

I would prefer students, possibly female students, also Muslim, who can share the house due to current housemates.

The house is located in between two sites/campus of Staffordshire University, only one minute from Mellor Building and Staffordshire Uni Library, 4 minutes from Stoke-on-Trent train station.

Must be non-smoker.

PLAB candidate, Doctor, Intern MPhil/PhD students, Staffordshire University students (due to location) will get priority with some discount in rent.

Must be for clean people who is proactive to keep the house clean.
