Quiet, clean and gentle/respectful students only
The house remains empty most of the time or maximum of two people. With you it would be three
all appliances with wifi - good insulation means house remains warm all the time. Heating is very efficient that warms house within 15 - 20 minutes and keep it warm for most of the time.
No disrespectful people or over-smart people. Muslim students or research student will get priority. PLAB or internship staffs are welcome too.
