I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at College Court. It's a lovely place to live and very safe, as it's a gated community. It's a short walk from campus, not far from the city centre and from various shops.
The flat is very quiet, and your flatmates will be very respectful and polite. Staff are also very friendly and helpful and arrange lots of fun activities and events throughout the year.
Room has an en suite bathroom, the flats have a shared kitchen and living room space.
The full rent WAS £5,964.00, but I have paid the first 2 instalments already, so all that will be left for you to pay is £99 security deposit and the final rent instalment of £1,988.00 due on April 1st. The move out date is the 27th June 2026, but if you are not a final year student you are free to rebook at college court for another year (it might not be the same room though). Bills are included in rent, as well as wifi so there are no additional expenses.
