Two Rooms Available

While this is technically a "live-in landlord" arrangement, I travel for work almost year-round and am typically only home for about two weekends a year. Effectively, you will have the house to yourself.

I am looking to fill the remaining two bedrooms. I am open to renting these to two individual lodgers or to a single household/group interested in both rooms.

Note on Photos: The Main Bedroom is due to be painted.

All bills that are included:
Council Tax(Band A)
Gas & Electricity
Water
Internet
TV License
Brown Waste Bin

Main Room - £500
Second Room - £450

The extra rate for a couple is an additional £100.

This is what you will need to move in:
Copy of passport ID
Proof of where you are working (Payslip or contract)
Deposit and first months rent before move in date
