College court Replacement Tenant

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at College court for the 2026/27 academic year due to a change in my circumstances.
📍 College Court, Salisbury Avenue Stoke-on-Trent
🛏️ Premier Ensuite
💷 £135 per week for 10 months
📅 Tenancy: 05/09/2026 – 28/08/2027
Unfortunately, I am no longer able to move into the accommodation, so I am hoping to find another student who is still looking for a place to stay for the upcoming academic year.
The tenancy takeover is completed through Homes for Students, and their team can support with the transfer process.
The flat has 3-4 other students in with a shared kitchen, it has parking and a 10 minute walk from Staffordshire University
