Bills Incl Single Room For Rent Close To Uni

Hey i have one single room for rent including bills. The house has shared bathroom, living room and a nice sized kitchen with a small garden. There is on street parking (permit) which costs ‚£18 pound a year but the good thing is you can use the permit on the streets all around the university as well.
The house is in walking distance of staffordshire university (less that 5 mins), Hanley park, train station.
Bills include water, internet, gas and electric and council tax.
