amazon prime and basic netflix in all rooms the room has double bed a 3 door wardrobe a chest of deaws and bedside chest of draws with 40 inch jvc smart tv fixed on the wall and a fire stick rent will be £350 the house is only a 10 min walk away from kidsgrove train station where you can can get to manchester in 55 mins or crewe in 20 min the town of kidsgrove has a bus stop to hanley that takes 30 mins or a bus to newcastle there is a main tesco with a aldi and a lidl and home bargains and butchers and hairdressers and wright's pies and a oatcakes shop and barbers and a lovely fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and newsagents and car parts shop and postoffice and all within a 10 min walk from the house i only want smoking outside the house as with me and other housemate are non smokers I get on with males or females the plus side of house is it nice and homely there's virgin broadband in the house there is an inclosed rear garden with decking and patio area by the french doors there's a washer and dryer and two airfryers and also a gas oven in the house there's a cleaner that comes in once every other month to clean communal areas if you want them to clean your room you would need to pay them for that which would be £20 he will clean room and change your bedding for that the dogs are not here all the time and I only have one dog here at any one time as its my job so new housemate must get on with dogs sadly can't always guarantee parking outside of house but there's parking on other side of street I'm the landlord that's gay other housemate is straight would prefer someone long term if we all get on I do surply toilet paper I can send more pics over WhatsApp if needed
