Two Rooms Available - Either Singly Or Take Both

Two rooms, 1 double and one small single available. Taking one single room, rent is £70 per week including all bills, or take both rooms together for £90 per week (ie a bedroom and a living room). Would consider a couple for extra £20 per week on both rooms (ie £110 per week all in). Includes shared washer/dryer, dishwasher, wired and wireless 100mb broadband. You will also receive your own Tivo service, own telephone in-room (weekend calls included free, own area in kitchen, own fridge/freezer, own tabletop cooker, and your own kettle and toaster. You will have exclusive use of a toilet too.
Council tax, water rates, gas central heating and electric, tv license all included. Rooms furnished as required or bring your own.
