There is a room coming available for a nice person to join the other three friendly housemates in this quiet, clean and tidy house in Stoke. All bills are included.
Walking distance to Stoke Train station, Staffs Uni, Lidl, Sainsburys supermarket, Stoke town center, Sainsburys M&S and Dunelm Distribution centers, Michelin, Football stadium, Trentham Lakes etc with good road access to A50/A500/M6.
The rooms are bright and sunny, there is a double or single bed with a good mattress and cover, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk/chair, full length mirror, coat hooks, shelf, black-out curtains.
Very clean (Our cleaner cleans all communal spaces for you weekly), well kitted kitchen, lounge diner with sofas and TV/DVD. Washer dryer at no extra cost. Plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Iron and board, airer, washing line etc
Full smoke alarm system installed and fire doors throughout.
The house is quiet and kept tidy by all who live there.
The outside space has a table and chairs and bike rack/lock and there is on road parking.
This is owned/managed by an experienced professional landlord. We carry out regular inspections to ensure your comfort and safety and that all repairs are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.
