I have a double room to rent in my house which is located in Basford, it is within walking distance to the Royal Stoke hospital, Bet365, Hanley, Newcastle Town Centre and Festival Park.

The City Centre (Hanley), Stoke
Train Station and the Town of Stoke are all just a short bus ride away. Newcastle Town Centre is a 15 minute walk away.

Stoke on Trent City Centre is less than 10 minutes on the bus. There are also plenty of local shops, pubs and places to eat in the local area of Basford and Hartshill. You will also be near to the main bus route for both Keele and Staffordshire Universities. We’re also very near to the A500 and access to the M6 with plenty of on the street parking if you have a car.

The room is a large double room which has been refurbished with double bed, a wardrobe, chest of draws, sofa, desk, chair and large TV The room will be your own private space and there is a lock on the door for which you will be given a key.

The shared areas of the house include a bathroom with bath, shower etc.
The kitchen has all the utilities that you need including oven, hob, microwave fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided if you want to use them.

The living area has sofas a dining table and HD TV with Free view access. There is wireless virgin fiber optic broadband available throughout the house all included in the price.

This is a quiet house, I work full time and try to keep it chilled in the evenings. Smokers are welcome as long as you're ok with using the smoking area outside. This would suit either a working person or a mature student.
