Double Room in Newly Renovated Home

I am a live in landlord offering a spacious, furnished double room in a great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and a 30 second walk to the train station. There is on street parking that is always readily available.

The house has been recently renovated to a good standard and is modern throughout. There is a furnished shared living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an upstairs bathroom with a rainfall shower, there is no en suite, but this is shared with myself only. There is a south facing courtyard to the rear of the property.

All bills are included, the house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room, and there is an additional aerial point in the bedroom.

Although furnished, I would request that you bring your own bedding, towels etc.

I work shifts and I am looking for someone who can be respectful of the unsociable hours. My employer may request that any potential lodger is security cleared. References will be required.

Length of stay is negotiable.
