Large room in professionals home

Large room equipped with double corner desk, triple wardrobe and single bed with access to dedicated (if required) bathroom; in a professionals family home. Electric hook up for car available if required but the electric used with be an additional charge per unit consumed.
Our son is now at uni and may occasionally return for weekends or holidays.
Lounge and kitchen are shared areas.
All bills except food, drink and charging of electric vehicles are included.
Shelf in fridge, draw in freezer and cupboard space for food available
We live 5 min walk from the railway station, 10 min walk from town and we are on the main bus route.
We bill fortnightly and work on a 2 week notice period. References are required as is proof of employment.
