Large room available in rural area

A double bedroom is offered in a shared flat in an old farm in rural Staffordshire, 3 miles from Eccleshall, 9 miles from Stafford. You would definitely need a car; there is off-road parking. A dog would be welcome. Shared sitting/dining room, study, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Large TV, piano and broadband, plus a regular cleaner. There are lots of nice walks in the area, and Eccleshall is a pleasant town with all amenities. You'd have the place to yourself much of the time; I would stay mostly at weekends. Would suit a quiet professional person. Intelligent conversation, occasional pub visits etc would be nice, but we would respect each other's privacy - when I'm there I will use the study as a bedroom. Council Tax Band A, though all bills are included in the rent.
