1 x double room for rent in friendly house

Hi :)
I have 1 double room to rent in a large house
I have two collie dogs who are very friendly but you would need to be comfortable with bouncy dogs
The other lodger has a sausage dog puppy

Large Double bedroom
Shared living space
Brand new bathroom

House still has some work to do on it so be prepared for occasional painting however I will be respectful of this.
I would like floors to be done as well - if this does happen, it will be my stepdad who completes it and I will be respectful and give advanced discussions about work decisions and possible impact on you

Very good transport links to stoke, Stafford, Cheshire, Manchester, etc

Pets cannot be considered due to the number of pets already in the property
