Double room with en-suite in new build property

I have a double room with en-suite to rent, complete with furnishings. The property is located on the outskirts of Tamworth, just a short walk to local amenities and transport links.
I am a hard working professional. Ideally I would like to rent the room out to professional people but ultimately someone who is respectful and clean as this is my home.
