Person wanted for house share

I have a nice 5 bedroom house with 2 car parking spaces. 3 years old and Ive redecorated recently.

My garden is landscaped and has a summerhouse, decking and a summerhouse.

I would like the person occupying to be clean, tidy, non smoker, no drugs.

The room is a double with a double bed with brand new furniture and has been recently decorated.

The pics are old and the house has had a lot of redecaration

The room has an ensuite with a shower and toilet.

No pets please, I would like a polite, nice person.

The kitchen is downstairs and would be shared.

I mainly use my office and the upstairs (Its a 3 storey house) as I also have an ensuite.

There is a bathroom on the same room as the double room with a toilet and bath. I dont use but its fine if the occupant wants to use.
