Large double room, ensuite bathroom and furnished. All bills and broadband included. Semi-detached, end of a cul-de-sac with parking and garden.

Ground floor room facing the garden with French doors. It's on the edge of the house so it is very private. The house is located next to a lovely allotment so it is very private.

It's 5-10 minutes walk from Tamworth town centre and supermarkets, 15-20 minutes from the train station and in a nice quiet area by the River Tame.

You'll be sharing with two housemates upstairs one female, one male. There's a reasonable sized shared living/dining room and shared kitchen.

I am looking for a professional, clean and friendly housemate with similar interests and outlook on life.
