The house:
Our home is a new build semi-detached house, finished to a high standard and very well looked after. It’s fully furnished with a cosy but modern feel - ideal if you want somewhere that feels like a proper home rather than just a room rental.

You’d be living with us (Matt & Hayley), a professional couple, and our friendly cat. We’re sociable and always happy to have a chat, but equally very respectful of people having their own space and downtime.

We both have busy lives and travel fairly regularly, so the house is often peaceful and quiet.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful working professional who will treat the house like a home.
