New build in Trentham Lakes with en suite

I have two double rooms available to rent in my house on the new Trentham Manor development in Trentham Lakes, just off Stanley Matthews Way. First bedroom has en-suite, second bedroom as near-exclusive use of main bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with french windows on to the garden, a kitchen and downstairs WC.

Rent includes WiFi (superfast Virgin Media broadband), all bills and a cleaner (communal areas every 2 weeks). House is brand new and built to a high standard, kept very clean with all the modern facilities you'd expect. There is off-road parking for two cars, plus there is a regular bus service to Hanley, Stoke Railway Station, Stone and Stafford.

About me... I am a professional graphic/web designer, I'm sociable, enjoy binge watching TV on Netflix and Amazon, and I'm a runner and regular gym goer.

Rooms would ideally suit a professional that works on Trentham Lakes, or at the Royal Stoke hospital (quite a few doctors and nurses live on the development).
