looking to rent out my spare room.....single room, furnished, brand new furniture and paint job, off road parking, high speed internet, and sky tv, all bills inc ( just don't hammer the heating ) gorgeous and safe area in Trentham. either £350.....or £300 per month if you help with the dog, just letting out and the odd walk....smoking only outside, got to be a clean and tidy person, so no slobs or party animals please, male or female, house is fully furnished to a very high standard with a beautiful garden that backs on to the canal, pm for more pics or info.
