Nice Quiet Room

Room available in a nice quiet location. All mod cons available. I am looking for someone genuine who needs a nice quiet place to live. I am a person who likes to give people a chance in life so I dont mind if you are working or just need to get away for a fresh start in a different area. I am flexible and easy going and dont require a big deposit. I am even happy to let someone who has admin skills/office skills work on one of my many business projects for a reduction in the rent. Like I said easy going , no hidden agenda , the room is free and its a shame to have it lying empty when someone who is needing accommodation could use this.
