Comfortable single room for cat lover

Spacious, light and airy single bedroom in an Edwardian house in Tunstall. It has a large wardrobe and wooden furniture. There is an antique bed with brand new mattress.. The room has two windows one of which has lovely views overlooking Victoria Park.

The house is occupied by the female owner, a male lodger and one house cat.. I am looking for a person who is an animal lover, would have a cat of their own if they could and therefore would very much enjoy helping me to give him some care and affection. 

There is shared access to the kitchen, utility room, sitting room. There is a designated fridge/freezer available for your use and pots pans and crockery are also provided . Bedding (other than a mattress protector) and towels. must be provided by yourself. There is also shared access (with the house owner only) to the bathroom with a shower. Internet and heating, lighting, council tax and water rates are included in the rent.

The house is located within 5 minutes walk from Alexandra retail park, Tunstall for shops (Boots, Home Bargains, Iceland, Card Factory, Argos, Matalan and Asda) as well as Tunstall high street with its Indoor market and library There are two nearby gyms (Everlast (on the Alexandra retail park) and Dimensions Leisure centre (on Scotia Road). Should you need more storage space than the room comfortably provides then there are also self storage (Kangaroo Storage) on the retail park.

I am ideally looking for a Sunday night to Thursday night (or Monday to Friday night) let but would be happy to consider someone who wishes to occupy the room full time.  A female lodger is preferred but would be happy to consider male applications. Being a cat lover is the most important quality!
