Hi we have two rooms available in our high spec, apartment which has been was recently renovated.

It’s a large apartment located in the centre of town. Newly furnished with super divan beds, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, and desks & chairs. The kitchen is brand new and modern with all the necessary appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is centrally heated. The bathrooms have been refurbished with brand-new suites. Each large bedroom in the apartment has its own en-suite..

There is a newly fitted grade A alarm system, emergency lighting and smoke detectors in all rooms. All the bedrooms and kitchen have newly fitted fire doors.

The rent is payable monthly and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband). Superfast Virgin broadband has been installed.

A cleaner visits once a fortnight to clean all shared areas.
