Large (15' 4" x 9' 10") double room on 1st floor, with wardrobe, chest of draws, TV aerial point, and own bathroom just a couple of feet away (see picture - almost ensuite )
Shared space includes 2 sitting
rooms, dining room and kitchen.
There is an outside patio area and outdoor dining table. which is very private and secure.
You will be sharing with the owner, who is an engineer.
There are 2 fridges in the house and the cooker has 2 ovens and a separate grill. There is a brand new washing machine and a dish washer. There is plenty of kitchen equipment if you like to cook.
There is free WiFi, Netflix and heat, light, water and council tax are included in the bills. I can provide bedding if required.
