Comfortable double room

We are looking for someone 4 nights per week only - please do not ask for more.

If you're looking for somewhere central then have we got the room for you! We are a 10 minute drive from JCB HQ, 15 minutes from Alton Towers and a 20 minute walk to Uttoxeter Racecourse.

Our house was built in 1893 and is very quirky yet contemporary complete with (some) hobbit sized doors and creaky floorboards.

The room itself is a comfortable, light and airy space at the back of the house. There's a double bed and ample storage.

You'll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and shared bathroom (4 piece suite)

There is a small courtyard which you are more than welcome to sit in and enjoy the sunshine (if it decides to make an appearance)

All bills are included (including broadband) and we are mindful of the environment with a smart meter and recycling.

We do live here but sometimes work away from home. We enjoy cooking and relaxing in the evenings so when we aren't working we are generally in.

The house doesn't have parking but you could park on the road or in a small car park in the street opposite.

We are only looking for someone 4 nights a week (either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday) and you will be responsible for your own bedding, towels and cleaning of your room. The communal areas are serviced by a cleaner. We are not child friendly.

We will ask you to provide 1 reference from a previous tenancy and we will also need proof of employment.
