Double room near JCB bills included

Hi, I’m currently looking for a lodger. I’m a two bed flat in uttoxeter, very close to the world parts and heavy goods JCB. The room includes, gas, electric, water and broadband. You will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom but will not have access to the living room. As a lone single women it’s really important I find someone that’s easy to live with as safety is a concern of mine so please don’t be upset if I ask to meet you in person beforhand to vet you and ask further questions. I am happy with male or female. You must be ok with dogs as there’s a small dog that stays a few times a week. Any more questions then please feel free to ask.
