YOU MUST LOVE DOGS!! I have a Cavapoo. He is a pampered pooch, not a rough n ready type! Much cuddles and gentle play necessary if you are to live here.
I play guitar and sing and write songs so this must be okay for somebody.
I also own a wedding photography company.
I decorate at Christmas and festive seasons
We’ll have a contract and conversation outlining everything :) and a separate what’s app chat for lodger activities than our regular friendly what’s app chat! 💬
If you like gardening, I will love you - I hate it. Ha so someone to tend to the garden would be incredible! 😍 but not compulsory. Ha

Downside:
Unfortunately it’s a shared shower situation - but the money from you would facilitate plumbing in the upstairs bathroom so this would not be forever! #WeMove.. x
