Fully-equipped furnished room with double bed and run of the house which is unoccupied the majority of the time. 3 minutes from bus stop and walkable to train station. Quiet neighbourhood with convenience stores & takeaways just down the road. The town centre is only 10mins away.

This house is only lived-in by my 17-year old son and I on Wednesday nights and every other weekend. You have the entire home to yourself the rest of the time. (In return, I simply ask that you become responsible for the housekeeping since you will be here the majority of the time)

Kitchen is well-equipped, together with fridge, freezer and cupboard space. We really do have everything you need so please don't bring anything with you.
(We have some space in the garage if you need a little storage)

Comfortable lounge with feature wood-burner and modern smart TV, satellite channels and Netflix (there's an aerial in the bedroom too)

Wonderful garden, a real sun-trap for any sun-seekers. Double driveway.

Separate office (hard-wired broadband), ideal for home working.

£600 pcm assumes single residency. £750 for double occupancy please.
