Hi, we're a married couple and looking to rent one of the bed rooms and a separate office. House is of an excellent standard, you'll have access to a shared smart kitchen (inc space in fridge/freezer etc) and the washer / dryer in the utility room. Good sized modern family bathroom. If you want to sit outside there is a private south facing garden with patio etc. We both work, often one of us at home.

5mins drive to Cannock Chase for anyone who likes the outdoors.
