Peaceful country retreat with mini gym

A large house with very large garden. 1 mile to pub and shop. secure and private garden. full tv package, large parking area.3 miles from stone which circa 40 eating places plus a large selection of pubs music venues. marks and Spencer, Morrisons and aldi in the town. the outdoor gas barbecue is available to share.
I provide, all kitchen equipment, slow cooker, griddle, ECT. I provide two sets of towels and bedding, toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing liquid, wet wipes and a bi-weekly cleaner inclusive of the rental price.
Each room has a small computor/office desk and chair. i have one bathroom with shower and a separate or private shower room both with w. c.
There is a mini gym with plenty of equipment for all to use.
