Double Room (with bathroom) for rent incl bills

Rental based on one person, although the room is sufficiently large enough to accommodate two

I consider myself a very modern, young at heart parent (sons left home) and home owner. Looking to rent out a recently painted large double room furnished or unfurnished, own bathroom and use of things like washer and dryer and kitchen

I have previously rented the room to a professional young lady and then a gent over last year.
