The house is very warm and has modern style. I have available 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Rooms are equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Plenty of off street parking. Very large garden with BBQ. Open views of countryside. Great commuting location for Falkirk/Edinburgh or Glasgow.

I am professional and work various shifts 7 days a week. I often stop away overnight.

I will consider pets and couples. An increment on the rent and deposit will apply depending on circumstances.
