Urgent One bedroom to let

🤙Hey, I have an empty room in bainsford Close to a bus stop that goes to the collages and university, it is also close to the train station. Around the corner there is a petrol station, a co-op, matalan, a pub, lidl and a GP practice with a restaurant and park close by. Behind the house they're is a nature reserve and a canal perfect for walking dogs or going for a run. The room is currently unfurnished but I am about to furnish it as I need a roomate. I have a back and front garden and a space to park one car but I don't drive so that is also free. Living space will be shared so I hope you're friendly. I am currently unemployed so I'm basically just looking for someone to help pay the rent but of course I will pay the majority of the bills and will cover the Internet ect. I do not mind smoking but I do like to keep my house clean so ask that you keep the living area tidy but that's about it I'm pretty chill. Feel free to contact me for more Information.
