Double bedroom in 3 bed house in Bainsford

I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my house in Bainsford. The house is 0.9 miles from Falkirk Grahmston train station and 1.8 miles from Falkirk High train station. There is always free on street parking available. I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy and respectful. I work from home most days so will regularly be at home. Out of work I am relatively social and enjoy going out running.

The house has two fully furnished living rooms, a dining area and a large kitchen with two ovens. It is also fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a good sized garden. The bedroom has a large double built in wardrobe.

There is one bathroom which has a separate bath and shower. There is also a second toilet upstairs.

There is a third bedroom which can be used by any potential housemate for working from home. This room can also be used for extra storage if needed.

The house is in Council Tax Band D. Council tax, gas and electricity bills will be split evenly.
