Double Room To Let - Furnished

Upstairs double bedroom available with own use toilet next door, though the family bathroom is downstairs. You will mostly have the upstairs to yourself. We have a small garden to enjoy and you will be welcome to join us in the family living room.
All bills will be included but you will be expected to participate in light housework - namely the bathroom and keeping the kitchen clean.
The Kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, all crockery, cutlery and pots and pans etc available for your use.

proof of income, employment details including X2 References, credit score, PGD if you have one.
