The flat has one bathroom and a comfortable living room with a log burner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is storage cupboard in the hall plus plenty wardrobe and storage space in the room.

My brother is currently living in the flat and is a triathlon coach along with doing regular exercise himself.
I would be expecting a clean and tidy professional who will respect my property. You will have access to the whole flat.
I am a live out landlord but can be in regular contact if there any issues.

Bannockburn has all local amenities that you would need and if you don’t have a car then there is a regular bus service right outside on the Main Street. If you do have a car then there is ample free parking on the road outside the flat.
