Hi there,
My name’s Ken and I’m a home brewer turned pro with a passion for food and drink. I love my home and spend a lot of time and energy renovating it myself so would like someone clean and tidy to share it with. The room is situated in a two bed maisonette and benefits from being upstairs so there are no noisy neighbours to worry about.
The house has a generously sized kitchen with a gas hob and oven, great for those that like to cook and bake. I also have a small cocktail bar and home brewery, small coffee station and am considering kombucha.
The living room is shared and is a great place to relax and watch a movie or a series in the evening. There’s also a PS5 which mostly functions as an entertainment centre but has a small library of games.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a busy week. I’m currently decorating but everything is still accessible and functional.
There is also a big shared garden at the back which is great for bbq’s in the summer and just relaxing on the lawn while the suns out.
There is on street parking available across the road and it’s a cyclable distance from the station or town centre but there are also regular buses.
Council tax and broadband are included but gas and electric are shared.
Cleaning is to a high standard, this is pretty important to me and you would also be expected to pitch in. There are no shoes allowed inside to help keep the new carpets clean and the home hygienic. Please think about whether this fits with your lifestyle when you apply!
